my stay was fantastic, especially with Eastwood MetroPark just a short drive away for scenic walks and the convenience of Gigi's cupcakes just steps from the hotel for a sweet treat after a day of exploring.

The indoor pool provides a nice space to unwind after a long day, while the outdoor seating area offers a fresh air escape. I appreciated the 24/7 coffee and tea service, keeping the caffeine fix readily available.

The King Room felt cramped, definitely one of the smallest I've encountered. Amenities were lacking with no microwave or coffee maker. A frustrating lack of temperature control in the fridge. Breakfast options were limited, and items like bagels were stale. The elevator situation left much to be desired, with only one working elevator causing delays during busy times.

Recommend it for families with children

The staff was stellar, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I mean, there was this one time they practically rolled out the red carpet when I asked for extra coffee, not to mention the warm welcome from Agnus and the rest of the team.

Cleaning could use improvement as the common areas felt unkempt, and the breakfast offerings could be fresher, especially the bagels and muffins, which were hard and stale. While customer service was responsive, cleanliness lacked consistency. Would love to see better attention to these details on my next visit.
